Project “Salle 026” is a new modular performance hall (1,600 seats in seated configuration and up to 2,200 in mixed seating-standing configuration) located within the future Michelin Innovation Park Cataroux in the Quartier des Pistes, Clermont-Ferrand.

Developed by the promoter 026 (Arachnée Concerts & V2 IMMO) and designed by SOHO Architecture, Studio Jouan, Scenarchie, and Egis, Salle 026 will host a wide range of events, including amplified music concerts, conferences, and diverse productions. It will provide a high-performance acoustic environment, carefully designed to ensure clarity, intelligibility, and sound comfort across all configurations.

This landmark project is part of the transformation of the historic Michelin site into a cultural and innovative district, combining leisure, performances, and innovation to enrich the local ecosystem. This new venue will also strengthen the business tourism offering, which will be significantly enhanced by the attractiveness of the Michelin Innovation Park Cataroux
